At no additional cost, we will gladly sign a legal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for you provided that your NDA is reasonable to us and covers the specific, unique and original features of your (proposed) invention only. All SP devices are provided as innovative experimental devices for legal educational and entertainment purposes only, are not approved by any Governmental, commercial or industrial entity, and we do not make any medical, psychic or paranormal claims. For example, if you believe that we can make you a device that will cure pimples, telepathically talk to your dog or detect spirits, while we will provide you a device based upon YOUR electronic specifications (specs), we will not claim or warranty that it will do anything to cure anything, telepathically communicate with anything/one, or detect spirits/aliens/angels. (B) For your SP hardware box (ie: enclosure or chassis), choose or provide the type and size of the box you require. We recommend standard plastic beta or VHS cassette boxes because they allow the easiest access to the circuitry, are insulating and lightweight and yet tough, are inconspicuous (a big plus for some!), are often least expensive, and are usually most easily stored. You can supply your own box if you wish. Radio Shack is a good source for plastic/metal boxes of a variety of sizes and shapes. Other boxes are available from electronics industrial retailers. You may submit one or several boxes and let us choose one. IF you want to choose/provide the type and size of the box, specify:

(D) For your SP circuit board, you may choose Prototype Board (heavily sprayed with clear acrylic or similar coating to protect circuitry from vibration and humidity), Printed Circuit Board (PCBs are relatively expensive in small quantities), or Perf Board. We recommend Prototype Board (most circuits) because if you wish or need to, you or us can better change parts (eg: for repairs, modifications and testing), and we can usually more precisely realize your circuit (since de-soldering is not required for board parts, we handpick and test critical parts to produce the most precise results for YOUR needs). NOTE: To try to provide you the most cost effective SP we reasonably can, due to the high specialization required by some SPs, we may subcontract out part and perhaps even all of your SP. If we do, to protect confidentialities, the subcontractor(s) will not know who you are and you won't know who they are. Each device we make or modify is hand-made or hand-modified by us in the USA at our facilities; thus individual variations are common and expected.
